The Registration Process

The registration process involves completing an application pack as well as a general induction (including OH&S) and relevant skills assessments. The entire process may take up to 3 hours, with the objective of obtaining as much information as possible about you so we can match you to the right role and ensure you have a thorough understanding about Westaff, our client, mutual expectations and our ongoing partnership.

All on-hire staff are employed by Westaff and placed on assignment at various client worksites. Westaff maintain regular contact with you during these assignments, are responsible for paying your wages, rostering your hours and assisting you with any queries or concerns you may have about your employment.

General Strategies

Establish a personal profile, including your:

  • Resume, achievements, references, results and examples of work, projects, initiatives.

Develop a list of your:
